Jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih polo\u017eaja u samoj praksi je sede\u0107i polo\u017eaj. Osobe koje ne mogu odabrati druge alternativne na\u010dine.Kada je re\u010d o ovoj vrsti meditacije polo\u017eaj tela ne smije uticati na fokusiranost. Meditacija u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju doprinosi procesu duboke relaksacije. Iako mnogi misle da ovaj vid meditacije je u praksi vrlo izolovan zbog smanjenog fokusa. Naprotiv ona mo\u017ee biti idealna za telo, jer sama poza daje ve\u0107u uskla\u0111enost i stabilnost. Meditacija u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju predstavlja dobar izbor za sve one osobe koje imaju odre\u0111ene probleme sa cirkulacijom. Smatra se da meditacija u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju usmerava energiju prema gore, odnosno ka temenu glave, podru\u010dju tre\u0107eg oka. Za razliku od sede\u0107eg polo\u017eaja, meditacija u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju doprinosi sasvim druga\u010diju atmosferu jer se telo mo\u017ee sasvim dovoljno opustiti, a napetost i nakupljeni stres \u0107e polako odlaziti iz tela. Ovaj na\u010din meditacije vrlo je zna\u010dajan za vra\u0107anje fizi\u010dke vitalnosti tela i ve\u0107eg opu\u0161tanja uma. Meditacija za mnoge ljude predstavlja na\u010din za duboku relaksaciju i mogu\u0107nost da se telo mnogo bolje opusti u odnosu na druge polo\u017eaje, jer podsti\u010de ve\u0107u mentalnu jasno\u0107u, vra\u0107a mir, podi\u017ee vibracije oja\u010dava limfni sistem efikasnosti, smanjuje prisutne zdravstvene tegobe.<\/p><p>Meditacija se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e opisuje kao sveop\u0161te svesna prisutnost, apsolutno udaljavanje od sopstvenih misli, posmatranje celog sebe i svog ega sa odre\u0111ene distance. Ovo je paralelno sa posmatranjem samog sebe i svojih misli kroz prozor, gde poku\u0161avamo da se udaljimo od na\u0161eg uma, koji ina\u010de mo\u017ee da razmi\u0161lja o hiljadu me\u0111usobno
